My terms may only be altered by my express written agreement. They are enforceable regardless of the fact that clients do not sign forms. Do not film or photograph me if you don’t agree with my terms or intend to comply with them.

All video and/or photographs (“footage”) captured during our time together is strictly for your personal gratification only. Do not share or sell any footage – if I form the view that you intend to use it for commercial purposes it will not be offered

You can use your mobile device or bring a camera and tripod to capture footage (or both, if you’d like to capture footage from multiple angles). 

This optional add-on incurs an additional flat fee of $300 per meeting on top of my usual rates.

It is intended as being akin to an X-rated souvenir of our meeting that is not shared with anyone else. It is not intended to facilitate any collaborations with creators of adult content. 

Not every request to film or take photographs is accommodated. I don’t hide or avoid showing my face on camera, so I need to be satisfied your intentions align with my terms.

Should I agree to accommodate your request, at our meeting you will be the director, meaning you are in charge of whatever lighting, positioning, and activity you’d like to capture, pressing record, etc. I will be your video vixen and concentrate on giving a performance you’ll want to re-watch over and over.

You must not distribute (show to or share with anyone in any place or format, including on the internet) footage from our meeting. You may upload it to your preferred secure cloud storage provider if you so choose, but you must not allow anyone else access to it. Failing to comply with this term may result in me taking some or all of the following steps in response without any further notice or warning to you:

    a. to have the footage removed from any domain, public or otherwise, and any copies destroyed; 

      b. to recover any and all income generated by the footage from you as a debt, together with any other amounts you may become liable for as a consequence of your illegal conduct, such as my legal costs in the event I take action to secure this outcome; and/or

    c. to report you to the police if I so choose and/or other providers on a confidential basis. 

Other information you may find helpful

I recommend (but do not require) this service be added onto a booking for 1.5 hours or longer. This way, you have ample time to review the footage to check you’re happy with it and re-record anything not captured to your liking on the first take. 

I have a ring light and phone/device chargers at my incall you are welcome to make use of should you wish to.
