My terms may only be altered by my express written agreement. Please ensure you have read them and agree to be bound by them prior to our meeting. If you don’t agree, please don’t proceed with this optional add-on. 

I offer filming and photography with the intention of creating an X-rated souvenir of our shared experience that you can re-watch over and over. 

All video and/or photographs (“footage“) captured during our time together is strictly for your personal gratification only. It is not intended to be shared, sold or used for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise. or facilitate “collaborations” with adult content creators.  

You must not distribute (ie: show to or share with anyone in any place or format, including on the internet) footage from our meeting.

Not every request to film or take photographs is accommodated. Notice is required. I don’t hide or avoid showing my face on camera, so I need to be satisfied your intentions align with mine.

Creating footage

This optional add-on incurs a flat fee of $300 per meeting in addition to my advertised rates, regardless of the length of the meeting, the nature of the meeting or the amount of footage created. 

You can use your mobile device or bring a camera and tripod to capture footage (or both, if you’d like to do so from multiple angles). 

You are responsible for creating the footage you’d like to capture and ensuring the lighting, positioning etc is to your liking.  

I own the rights to any and all footage created and grant you a licence to possess and view it that is automatically revoked in the event of your death, meaning it will not form part of your deceased estate.

This is the case regardless of who pressed “record” or the fact that you alone possess it. You are not permitted to assign, transfer or sub-licence any footage except with my express written permission. 

Storing footage

You may upload the footage to your preferred secure cloud storage provider, but you must not allow anyone else to access it.

If you fail to comply with these terms I may take steps that reflect a similar disregard for your boundaries that you’ve shown for mine and without any further notice or warning to you:

have the footage removed from any domain, public or otherwise; 

recover any and all income generated by the footage from you as a debt, together with any other amounts you may become liable for as a consequence of your illegal conduct, such as my legal costs incurred to secure an outcome along these or similar lines; and/or

disclose information you provide or publish to police and/or other providers on a confidential basis.
